Powerful tasks
- Setting up SpaceNet products for our customers
- Installation and configuration of new systems according to customer specifications
- Administration and maintenance of complex customer setups based on Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Exchange Server, etc.
- Shared responsibility for technical support, operation and backup of the entire server structure
- Processing of changes in consideration of service level agreements
- Troubleshooting, debugging and log file analysis
- Planning, implementation and control of your own projects in the area of responsibility
Smart prerequisites
- Completed degree in computer science or technical training
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and experience in the cloud environment on Azure, Google and/or AWS
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking paired with mental flexibility
- Independent, methodical working style as well as enjoyment working in a team and interest in continuous development
- Results-oriented and assertive
- Team player and strong communicator
