Strong tasks

  • Expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers through proactive and regular contact
  • Market observation and development of sales strategies
  • Identifying customer needs and developing service solutions that you successfully bring to completion
  • Conception and responsible project planning of individual solution concepts and preparation of offers for our demanding business customers
  • Working closely with our technical and marketing departments
  • Leading negotiations throughout the entire sales cycle up to the conclusion of the contract

 

Smart prerequisites

  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales and consulting solutions, preferably in the IT or internet industry
  • Passionate sales personality with negotiating, acquisition and closing skills
  • Good knowledge of the hosting and access sector as well as a strong service and customer focus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical content that requires explanation
  • Competent demeanour and confident in communication at all levels
  • Goal-oriented, independent and structured working style
