Strong tasks

  • Developing and implementing a long-term growth strategy for the cyber security business division
  • Sales growth: increasing market presence, expanding sales channels
  • Listening to the market: market trends, competitors, customer needs
  • Management of the product development team
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Maintaining our strategic partnerships
  • Regularly analysing sales data and performance indicators
  • Reporting and recommendations for action to the Executive Board

 

Smart prerequisites

  • Completed technical or business studies or comparable training with professional experience
  • Proven experience in the successful development and marketing of new product areas or business fields
  • Experience in managing and motivating interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent knowledge of market analyses, market research and competitive analysis
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment
