MUCBOOK is a media partner of the SpaceNet Award 2026

As part of a media partnership, the Munich-based city magazine MUCBOOK will be covering the SpaceNet Award 2026 for the first time this year. MUCBOOK was launched in 2009 as one of the first blogger magazines in Germany. Since then, it has become a mainstay of local journalism and now combines print, a blog, social media, a members’ club and even its own co-working spaces – the MUCBOOK Clubhaus.

MUCBOOK will be reporting on the SpaceNet Award ceremony, which is taking place on 16 July in Munich with around 150 guests. Following the event, selected short stories and winning images will also be featured on the city magazine’s digital platforms.

The SpaceNet Award has been presented every two years since 2013 in the categories ‘Short Story’ and ‘Image/Photography’. Both professional artists and talented newcomers are eligible to enter. The theme of this year’s awards ceremony was ‘Solutions’.
